The short-term effects of the coronavirus pandemic are clearly evident by mid-2021. Commuting and business trips have been reduced and home office is being used more frequently. We expect these trends to continue. In a GHG reduction pathway that achieves the targets of the Climate Protection Act, around one fifth of the reduction in 2030 will come from the long-term effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
